Dan Israel
President and CEO
With over 15 years of experience in financial services, Dan specializes in the intersection of FinTech and healthcare, offering tailored financial solutions that drive growth and optimize financial performance. Throughout his career, he has successfully worked with thousands of business owners, healthcare providers and individuals, helping them navigate the complexities of capital management, growth strategies, and risk in a rapidly evolving industry.
His expertise spans a broad range of small business financing vehicles, commercial real estate, structured debt, capital equipment financing, and a variety of SBA programs. By combining a transparent client-centric approach and deep knowledge of both healthcare and financial services, he can execute on innovative solutions that align with the unique needs of business organizations and their stakeholders.
Dan has a Bachelors of Science from the University of Hartford in business management. In his spare time, he enjoys spending quality time with his three kids and wife, and playing tennis a few days a week.
Stephanie Sallas
Vice President of Operations
Stephanie Sallas serves as the Vice President of Operations at Dental Capex and has been with the company since its inception. She oversees the daily administrative and operational functions that drive efficiency and growth. With over six years of experience in the alternative finance industry, Stephanie has held key roles across senior funding management and operations. Known for her leadership, problem-solving skills, and tech-savvy approach, she helps align people, processes, and systems to achieve organizational excellence.
She earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a degree in Finance and a minor in Marketing from Long Island University.
Ava Smith
VP of Marketing
Ava Smith is our Marketing Director, where she leads our team’s brand strategy, growth marketing, and customer engagement. With over 6 years in financial technology and digital marketing, Ava has built high-performing teams and delivered campaigns that drive measurable growth.
Utilizing creative go-to-market strategies that expand reach and strengthen market presence, she is passionate about the intersection of finance and technology and is committed to making financial solutions more accessible and impactful.
Ava holds a degree in marketing and entrepreneurship from BU and enjoys playing volleyball with her friends.
